DUAL-PLASMA CUTTING TABLE:
Quick Tanks’ CNC plasma cutting table provides repeatable cuts in heads and shells.
State of the art manufacturing lines and fabrication cells facilitate production of high quality custom tanks up to 168″ in diameter with capacities as high as 40,000 pounds.
Quick Tanks Inc. acquired an x-ray machine and began a weld x-ray program in 2006. Since that time, over 500 welds have been evaluated using our in-house radiography equipment.
The ASME code requires persons taking radiographs (Level 1) and those interpreting them (Level 2) to be qualified with ASME with both written and practical examinations. Training and examinations are conducted by an outside professional (Level 3).
GRIT-BLAST BOOTH :
Our large blast room utilizes steel grit blasting to provide interior and exterior surface profiles recommended by paint manufacturers.
PAINT BOOTH and CURING OVEN :
Epoxy linings and epoxy or urethane coatings are applied then force cured and tanks are shipped “ready for service”.
PACKING and SHIPPING:
As applicable, tanks are skidded and protected for shipment.
